SERVICES
We offer wide range of services for project preparation, particularly for the Horizon Europe and other European Union funded projects, and for distributed research infrastructures. The services are available as a whole project package, as single services or any combination of them, as a complete responsibility of the task, or as a support for your own activities.
Our expertise:

- community and stakeholder management, particularly in international and European contexts;
- research infrastructure development and analysis, particularly in ESFRI contexts;
- interdisciplinary research services development; and
- environmental research, including wider societal impacts and feedbacks.
We do also provide support for smaller national or regional projects and programme development.
Consortium creation and competitor analysis
We can offer you analysis services related to the competitors and potential partners for the call. Finding out your strengths and challenges, and locating best best potential support partners for your proposal. These services can also be extended to cover the whole consortium development cycle, including contacting, negotiation and task and budget analysis.
Facilitating common vision
Successful projects typically have a strong vision and goals, which are not only relevant to the funding agency priorities but also match strategic priorities and needs of the participating organizations. Finding consensus can sometimes be challenging, and we can offer wide range of facilitation services to help in this process, in a collaborative and effective way,
Project management
Project practical management services can include day-to-day management and coordination support, project representation services including dissemination coordination, stakeholder management and interaction, consortium technical management, funding agency relations, legal compliance support and risk management. We can also provide ad-hoc support, e.g. on the case of sudden consortium or project plan changes, and quality control services for the project results, including organization of external QA/QC processes such as focus group testing and community hackathons.
Organisational development for infrastructures
We specialize in the organizational development of research infrastructures and research centres, particularly with distributed and international character. Services include community management, consensus creation and partnership insights analysis, as well as help on service definition, cost book creation, policy development and stakeholder interactions. We also can support creation of new research infrastructures and facilitate the organisational development, staff role analysis, personnel planning, and management structure design.
Project planning support
Project planning services include support to the project budget planning, task descriptions, and timeline creation. We can help you on deciding on the critical path, helping to choose useful and timely milestones and deliverables, balance effort with project needs and available and needed staff, and choose the correct KPIs for the effort. Depending on the need, these services can also include the practical writing of the proposal, layout and design of the graphics, tables and diagrams, and submission of the project to the funding agency platforms.
The project planning services can include preparation of the project management, including inclusion of the project specifics chosen management platform and creation of needed automation tools (including AI tools). We also offer simulated project scoring and review, as well as preparation services for in-person or virtual project reviews.
Technical, policy and stakeholder analysis
We offer comprehensive analysis services for technical and policy solutions, with quantitative statistics, up-to-date data science methodologies and effective qualitative methods (e.g. focus group analysis, literature reviews and directed interviews). We also offer surveys and detailed analysis of stakeholder communities, national nodes and member organisations, including deeper analysis on trends, strategic goals and potential risk analyses.
